1. Are you a factory?
Yes，Anping yaqi wire mesh products co.,Ltd is the factory that manufactured fence for more than 20 years,a verified factory on Alibaba.
2.Which is the nearst port from your factory?
The nearest port is Xingang Port,TianJin ，which is 300km from our factory.
3. Are the fences get rust easily?
Before painting,the fences must be sand-blasted and cleaned three times: water cleaning– parkerising– water cleaning. The powder we use are Dupont or Aksu which are the international famous brands,to ensure the plastic layer beautiful ,firm and smooth, the surface is resistant to ultraviolet and corrosion
4. If the quality is not met my request, how do you solve this problem?
First of all,We will control the defective rate to less than 0.1%. But if there is any problem, we will guarantee to solve it within 5working days after your pictures or videos proof.
5. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the courier cost. And all the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.
6. How long warranty does your company can provided for fence product?
Our product can last for 10 years at least. Usually we will provide 5-10 years guarantee.
7. Can you design and make as customers' request?
Yes, we will do as the detailed specification from the customers,and professional recommendation will be offered to customers, and color can be customized
